At 15, I rode my bike 30 miles to work, rain or shine, simply because there was no one else to get me there. On the hardest mornings, the choice was simple: feel sorry for myself, or get on the bike. Somewhere on those long rides, I started repeating two words: "Let's go. You can do this." Years later, those words became the name on a box I'm proud to put my family's name behind.
After rebuilding my life through seasons of starting over, I learned firsthand how deeply your mindset shapes your physical energy.
